Contact support
Submit a request through the Ready-Market contact page and include “Minerva” in the subject or first line. Ready-Market Online Corporation also publishes its Taipei office contact information on that page.
What to include
- The affected surface: web preview, Gmail add-on, sign-in, decision map, reply draft, or account access.
- The approximate time and your Workspace domain.
- A redacted screenshot or a short description of the unexpected behavior.
- Whether the issue can be reproduced with synthetic or non-sensitive content.
Access and revocation
You can stop using Minerva by closing the web service, uninstalling the Gmail add-on, or revoking the application's Google account access. Workspace-managed installations may require your administrator to remove or revoke the app.
Draft tester opt-out
If you were added as a Minerva Marketplace draft tester and no longer want access to the draft, submit the Ready-Market contact form with “Minerva draft tester opt-out” in the subject or first line and the Google Account address to remove. Ready-Market will remove that address from the Marketplace draft tester list. Do not include passwords, tokens, or email content.
Privacy and security reports
Label privacy requests “Minerva privacy” and suspected security issues “Minerva security.” Share only the minimum evidence needed to identify the issue; the support team can arrange a controlled follow-up if more detail is required.
Known pilot boundaries
- Minerva does not send email automatically.
- Attachments are not interpreted unless their content is separately and intentionally supplied.
- The public Marketplace version reads only the Gmail thread the user currently opens and explicitly invokes Minerva on; it does not search other threads.
- Long-term customer memory is not enabled in the current live pilot.
