Billing and access
Taiwan: ECPay processes recurring payment in TWD. All other regions: PayPal processes recurring payment in USD.
The product asks you to choose the actual billing region; it does not infer the provider from website language or IP address. The selected provider may show applicable taxes, currency conversion, or local payment details before approval. Minerva does not receive or store your payment password, card number, or payment method.
You can cancel automatic renewal through the selected payment provider. Access continues through the paid entitlement period unless suspended for payment failure, abuse, security, legal, or platform-policy reasons. Unused Decision Credits do not roll over, are not transferable, and have no cash value. No overage purchase or enterprise plan is offered in this Marketplace self-service release.
