Terms of use

A thinking partner—not an automatic decision maker.

Current product policyLast updated September 30, 2026

1. Service

Minerva is a decision-support tool for business communication. It organizes explicitly selected context into a Decision Project, identifies missing information, compares options, preserves the resulting decision and action record, and may draft an editable reply. It is not an email-sending service and does not act on your behalf.

2. Authorized use

You may use Minerva only with accounts, messages, and business information you are authorized to access and process. Do not submit credentials, payment-card data, identity documents, medical records, legally privileged material, or other information that is unnecessary for the decision task.

3. Human review

Model-generated analysis can be incomplete or incorrect. You must verify source facts, commercial commitments, names, prices, specifications, legal implications, and timelines before relying on an output or sending a reply.

4. Professional advice

Minerva does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, security-certification, or other regulated professional advice. Use qualified professionals where those judgments are required.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Minerva to violate law, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, account policies, or access controls; to automate harmful or deceptive communication; or to probe, disrupt, or bypass service security.

6. Customer content

You retain responsibility for the content you provide and for having a lawful basis to process it. You grant the service the limited permission necessary to process, encrypt, store, retrieve, export, and delete that content as required for the Minerva functions you request.

7. Fees, billing records, refunds, and availability

Public Marketplace self-service fees, included Decision Credits, renewal terms, and regional billing choices are described on the Pricing page. Before payment, you must provide accurate customer and invoice information and confirm either recurring monthly billing or a one-time annual payment, as shown at checkout. Taiwan subscriptions are processed by ECPay in TWD; payments for all other billing countries are processed by PayPal in USD. Saving a customer profile or installing the Marketplace app does not create a charge.

You may update future billing details and request cancellation of automatic renewal from the authenticated Member & Billing page. Cancellation normally stops future renewals after the provider confirms it and does not by itself refund a completed charge. The annual PayPal option does not automatically renew. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the transaction facts, provider rules, and any written offer. Approved refunds, reversals, charge disputes, invoice voids, and Taiwan invoice allowances are recorded against the original transaction and may require legally mandated records to remain.

Features, integrations, limits, and availability may change. Ready-Market may suspend access to protect users, data, or infrastructure, to prevent abuse, for non-payment where applicable, or when required by law or platform policy.

8. Privacy and changes

Use of Minerva is also subject to the Privacy Notice. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Ready-Market contact channel.
