Decision support for leaders · Evidence before confidence

Your inbox has the facts. Minerva helps you see the decision.

Current product policyLast updated August 25, 2026

Not another email summary. A decision you can inspect, challenge, and act on.

Open one Gmail thread and invoke Minerva. The Minerva Team reconstructs the situation, separates evidence from inference, exposes the decision gap, challenges the first recommendation, and leaves the final action with you.

Current-thread only · no mailbox search · no automatic sending · every external action remains human-controlled.

A generic LLM session can

Summarize and rewrite

Useful for understanding text and producing a polished reply, but the session does not by itself establish the source boundary, a reversal condition, an accountable owner, or a durable decision record.

Minerva Advisor is designed to

Make the hidden decision inspectable

  • Distinguish observed evidence, inference, and missing facts.
  • Select the smallest useful decision methods for this problem.
  • Show dissent and what new evidence would reverse the recommendation.
  • Keep the executive's decision, next action, and later result in one Decision Project.

Public-source decision stress test

We hid the published outcomes. Could Minerva still find what the decision-maker was missing?

Eight teaching simulations were reconstructed from official public articles. They are not customer stories: each is a versioned product test with the source, held-out answer, required reasoning, forbidden claims, recorded output, and failure history preserved. Two include complete product-operation films; six remain verified analysis summaries.

01 · OpenLedger

Scope versus flexibility

The visible dispute was contract shape.

Minerva found the deeper gap: who can define “done” and approve scope changes?
02 · Miracle Messages

66% versus causation

The visible signal was a promising 13-person result.

Minerva found the missing baseline, comparison group, selection logic, and causal boundary.
03 · SFO × Gensler

Technology versus right problem

The visible proposal was a metaverse navigation solution.

Minerva found that the traveler, failure point, and accessibility constraint were still unknown.
