Terms of use

A thinking partner—not an automatic decision maker.

Current pilot policyLast updated July 14, 2026

1. Service

Minerva is a decision-support tool for business communication. It organizes supplied context into a decision map, identifies missing information, suggests options, and may draft an editable reply. It is not an email-sending service and does not act on your behalf.

2. Authorized use

You may use Minerva only with accounts, messages, and business information you are authorized to access and process. Do not submit credentials, payment-card data, identity documents, medical records, legally privileged material, or other information that is unnecessary for the decision task.

3. Human review

Model-generated analysis can be incomplete or incorrect. You must verify source facts, commercial commitments, names, prices, specifications, legal implications, and timelines before relying on an output or sending a reply.

4. Professional advice

Minerva does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, security-certification, or other regulated professional advice. Use qualified professionals where those judgments are required.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Minerva to violate law, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, account policies, or access controls; to automate harmful or deceptive communication; or to probe, disrupt, or bypass service security.

6. Customer content

You retain responsibility for the content you provide and for having a lawful basis to process it. You grant the service the limited permission necessary to process that content for the requested Minerva function.

7. Availability and pilot status

The current service is a controlled pilot. Features, integrations, limits, and availability may change. Ready-Market may suspend access to protect users, data, or infrastructure, or when required by account or platform policy.

8. Privacy and changes

Use of Minerva is also subject to the Privacy Notice. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Ready-Market contact channel.
